CLASSIC COCKTAILS

MANHATTEN £7.25 ~ The quality of the final drink is in the skill of the stir that makes it. So be prepared to wait a moment once ordered, as the key with this great drink is time and taste.

MARGARITA £6.45 ~ We mix Jose Cuervo Tradicional tequila with Cointreau, fresh lemon and lime juice to create arguably the most famous cocktail in the world.

DAIQUIRI £6.25 ~ Accidentally created by an Iron mine engineer when they were running out of Gin. This creation has naturally evolved into a blend of lime, sugar and rum.

BLOODY MARY £7.25 ~ Every bar makes it slightly different but here we use the original ‘Petoit’ recipe from Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. Tell us how hot you want it and wait for a truly good drink.

MOJITO £7.25 ~ Fresh, zesty, minty, refreshing. Brugal rum, lime, gomme, mint, crushed ice & soda Pure perfection, start thinking of those sunny days to come...

SEASONAL & TWISTS

GARDEN MARTINI £7.05 ~ A refreshing mix of Hendrick’s Gin, Noilly Prat vermouth, cool cucumber and mint. A hearty fresh gin martini that pleases the palate immensely.

AFTER EIGHT £6.25 ~Think the little chocolate mint, but wetter on the tongue.A very pleasant vanilla, chocolate & mint mix.

GRINGO’S KILT £6.65 ~ Scotland’s finest export meets Mexico’s finest export. A truly interesting combination of Macallan 10 year old whisky and Hornitos Pura Tequila has to be tasted to be believed.

PEAR SIDECAR £6.75 ~ The traditional sidecar mixed up just a little bit with the addition of Xante Pear Cognac, giving it a more complex sweet flavour for you to enjoy.
