The Conservatory restaurant, adjacent to the Main Bar, serves a variety of mouth-watering dishes throughout the day in a casual bistro setting overlooking Byres Road. Dine on the finest Scottish Produce, relax and enjoy some respite from the outside buzz of Byres.

Bar menu available Mon-Fri from 9am-9pm. Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 12.30pm-9pm. Last food orders 9pm.
