Accidentally created by an Iron mine engineer when they were running out of Gin. This creation has naturally evolved into a blend of lime, sugar and rum.

The traditional Barzilian drink prepared with Cahaça is all the rage at the moment, we use only the best Sagatiba Cahaça, fresh lime and sugar.
BLOODY MARY £7.25
Every bar makes it slightly different but here we use the original ‘Petoit’ recipe from Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. Tell us how hot you want it and wait for a truly good drink.
