John Muir Conservatory (formerly The Conservatory)

The John Muir Conservatory is our restaurant adjacent to the Main Bar with a casual bistro setting. Here you can enjoy the lively atmosphere whilst being away from all the hustle and bustle of the Lounge and Main Bar area.

Access is from the entrance on Byres Road, via the Main Bar.
We operate a no smoking policy.

Breakfast
Sunday 11am to 6pm           Monday to Saturday  9am to 4pm

Lunch
12pm to 4pm, seven days a week

John Muir Menu
Sunday to Wednesday 12pm to 9pm         Thursday to Saturday 12pm to 10pm

Reservations
To make an enquiry for a reservation please call 0141 357 6226 or email brasserie@oran-mor.co.uk , please have the following details ready for us to assist you; name of booking, telephone number, requested date, party size & any special requirements that you have.

Maximum party size of 14 persons on one table, all guests must be at least 18 years or over and Driving Licence or Passport may be requested as proof of age.

Large parties are welcome to book in advance for the John Muir Conservatory or Main Bar Lounge.

We require a £10 per head deposit for all booking of 6 persons or more, and on certain dates. Special conditions may also apply when booking for larger parties and on certain menus/offers. Please check with the Restaurant Manager for confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
For parties of 6-9 persons we require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, or change in numbers. For parties of 10 persons or more we require at least 14 days notice of cancellation or change in numbers.

Should the Restaurant Manager receive no notice of a change in numbers or cancellation of booking the deposit will be retained.

Special conditions may also apply when booking when booking on certain dates or menus/offers. Please check with the Restaurant Manager for confirmation.
